Ingredients
To deep fry oil
All-purpose flour (unbleached) – 1 cup
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
1 egg
One cup milk
3 chicken (skinless, boneless) breasts, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
Hot pepper sauce – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1 tablespoon

Directions
Heat some oil in a large frying pan or big saucepan over 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder in a big bowl. Beat together milk and an egg in a smaller bowl. Dip the pieces of the chicken in that egg mixture, and then coat the pieces with the flour mixture. Repeat the process to double coat each of the chicken pieces. Refrigerate the well-coated chicken pieces for about 20 minutes.
Deep-fry the coated chicken in that hot oil, in separate batches. Fry until the outside of the chicken pieces are golden brown uniformly, and the juices come out clear. Fry each batch for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Mix butter and hot sauce in a smaller bowl. Microwave the sauce for about 20 to 30 seconds on High until it is melted. Spread the melted sauce over the thoroughly cooked chicken; mix the chicken pieces to coat with the sauce.

Serve these boneless chicken wings with blue cheese dressing. It is a finger-licking dip!
